Over 60 people took part in the Standing Conference at the Link Centre on 19th February.  Most of the people there were either service users, carers or members of the public, with just a handful of professionals in attendance.  The report from the day will be available soon.  There were several things identified as being key issues, and many of these are already being followed up.  The election of representatives to sit on the Local Implementation Team (or proposed Partnership Board) has been extended, and people were encouraged to cast their vote at the Conference.  More information about the Standing Conference can be found on the Oldham LINk website www.oldhamlink.org.uk
